On behalf of a local, social care company, Cureyoursearch are recruiting for a HR manager to oversee the busy HR function.

As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR activities, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and training and development. You will play a key role in ensuring employees are happy, motivated, and engaged, and that the business is operating in an ethical and compliant manner.

Location of the HR Manager | Social Care role:
The office home can be accessible from Manchester, Cheadle, Bramhall, Hazel Grove, Marple, Reddish, Didsbury, Denton, Tameside, Oldham, and surrounding areas.

:
● Ideally have a qualification in HR or a related field
● 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a social care setting
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Commitment to social care and making a difference in the lives of others


● Salary up to £31,000
● 30 hours per week with flexibility
● Holidays increase with length of service up to a maximum of 40!

The interview process for this role will be two stage.

Stage one – Face to Face with the Director and Quality Manager.
Stage two – Meet and greet / show around the Offices.
