Position: Registered Supported Living Manager
Field: Adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs
Salary: £45,000
Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager eager to make a real difference?We're seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking leader for our client working as a Registered Supported Living Manager.
What you'll do:

  • Commission and manage a portfolio of supported living properties, ensuring they meet CQC standards and provide exceptional care.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team, recruiting, training, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding support.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans that empower individuals to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
  • Forge strong relationships with service users, families, and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the supported living division, driving innovation and excellence.

The Registered Supported Living Manager candidate:

  • Hold a current UK Social Care registration (Registered Manager level).
  • Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role within supported living or residential care.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the needs and challenges faced by adults with learning disabilities / mental health needs.
  • Excel in managing complex situations and making sound decisions under pressure.
  • Are a passionate advocate for person-centred care and empowerment.
  • Possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Are organized, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.

The Registered Supported Living Manager Interview Process:

The interview process for this role will be two stage.

Stage one – Face to Face interview with the directors.

Stage two – Face to Face interview and meeting with members of the senior management team.
